Personal

Why I started in the business:

I am passionate about financial planning and decided Northwestern Mutual was going to be my career after only two short weeks in the internship program. The ability to solve real world problems while applying my love for economics and finance was a perfect match.  I owe so much to the leadership team in my office and the mentors who guided me throughout the first few years in the business. This industry is by no means easy and it certainly took the entire team to get me where I am today.

I am now part of this leadership team and take pride in the fact that I am now developing and coaching the next generation of talent in our office. Our team strongly believe that it is not about what we can get from others, but instead what we can give. This is why we emphasis team work and community in every aspect of our business.

I am confident that my team and our foundation of integrity, trust, and passion will have a lasting impact on our clients’ families, our families, and on our community.

What drives me today:

I proposed to my now wife Amanda in September of 2016. I had known Amanda for about twenty years prior to proposing so I figured my time was running out! I am so thankful that Amanda and I had the opportunity to grow up together as friends, and once the college days and "growing up" were behind us, we could settle down, and make that friendship lifelong.

We were fortunate enough to have family with us in Philadelphia when I decided to run in the middle of the street to propose on September 4th, 2016. It was the most thrilling day of my life, and I could not be more thrilled with the outcome (and her answer of course).

We were then married almost exactly one year later in Amanda's small-town church in Necedah Wisconsin.

We now live in Appleton Wisconsin and love anything outdoors. You will find that as soon as we get home from work, it is straight outside to cookout, or sit by the fire. During the limited amount of time we don't have snow, we also enjoy golfing, watersports, and traveling any and everywhere.
